This Privacy Policy applies to the Rohit Diamond Jewellerymobile application (available on Google Play Store & iOS App Store) and its cloud-based management ecosystem. Rohit Diamond Jewellery ("we", "our", or "us") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal data of our users, field sales executives, business partners, manufacturers, and retail clients.

This document describes how we collect, store, use, share, and protect your information when you use our mobile software or web application.

2. Information We Collect

We collect information to provide seamless jewellery inventory management, real-time manufacturing stage updates, and order placement services.

• Account & Authentication Information: Phone number, full name, email address, user role (e.g. Sales Executive, Manager, Retailer, Customer), and authentication tokens generated during Phone OTP verification.
• Business & Profile Data: Company/Shop name, GST/Tax registration number (if applicable), billing & delivery addresses.
• Order & Catalogue Data: Orders created, product catalog browsing history, custom design requests, manufacturing stage updates (Stone Setting, Polishing, Quality Inspection, Delivery).
• Device & Technical Information: IP address, operating system version, mobile device model, unique device identifiers, app usage statistics, and push notification tokens.
• Camera & Storage Permissions: Used solely if you explicitly grant permission to upload diamond/jewellery design photos or scan QR/barcodes for inventory.

3. How We Use Your Information

We process collected data strictly for legitimate operational purposes:

• To authenticate users and enforce Role-Based Access Control (RBAC).
• To enable field sales executives to create, submit, and track jewellery orders on mobile.
• To deliver real-time order status updates via Supabase Realtime and push notifications.
• To manage inventory, stone setting, polishing, and quality check workflows.
• To detect and prevent fraudulent account activities or unauthorized catalog access.
• To maintain audit logs and comply with financial and business record-keeping regulations.

4. Data Storage, Security & Third Parties

Your data is stored securely using cloud infrastructure hosted by Supabase (PostgreSQL with Edge Encryption & Row Level Security).

We do NOT sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties. Data is only shared under the following limited circumstances:

• Infrastructure Service Providers: Secure cloud hosting (Supabase) and SMS gateway providers for Phone OTP delivery.
• Legal & Regulatory Authorities: If required by law, subpoena, court order, or governmental audit.

6. Children's Privacy

The Rohit Diamond Jewellery mobile app and services are strictly designed for commercial business use by adults (18 years or older). We do not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from children under 13.
