1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or accessing the Rohit Diamond Jewellery mobile application or cloud management web portal, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access or use the application or services.

2. Description of Platform Services

Rohit Diamond Jewellery provides a cloud-hosted B2B and B2C jewellery management ecosystem. Features include digital catalogue browsing, mobile order placement for field sales executives, inventory control, and real-time manufacturing tracking (Stone Setting, Polishing, Quality Check, Delivery).

3. Account Credentials & Security

Access to the mobile application and web portal is restricted to authorized accounts via Phone OTP verification and Role-Based Access Control (RBAC).

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your mobile authentication codes.
• You must immediately notify Rohit Diamond Jewellery administration of any unauthorized access to your account.
• Account sharing across unverified third parties is strictly prohibited.

4. Intellectual Property & Catalog Ownership

All content, jewellery design photography, logos, software source code, database structures, and trade dress associated with Rohit Diamond Jewellery are the exclusive intellectual property of Rohit Diamond Jewellery.

Users may not copy, reverse engineer, scrape, extract, or redistribute any product design images or proprietary software without explicit written authorization.

5. Orders, Pricing & Product Specifications

Order requests placed through the mobile app by field sales executives or clients represent inquiries and purchase commitments subject to final inventory verification, diamond carat specifications, gold rate confirmations, and formal invoice issuance by Rohit Diamond Jewellery.

6. Service Availability & Modification

We strive to maintain continuous availability of the platform; however, we reserve the right to perform scheduled maintenance, software updates, or emergency server upgrades without prior notice.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rohit Diamond Jewellery shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from mobile connectivity interruptions, inaccurate network data feeds, or unauthorized third-party device access.
